附：报告人简历 Prof. dr. Oene Oenema has over 30 years of professional experience in a wide range of agronomic and environmental studies. He is an internationally recognized expert in the field of agriculture-environment interactions, especially in the field of nutrient management, soil quality, greenhouse gas emissions, and on governmental policies related to nutrient management and agriculture. His extensive international experience includes projects in many European countries but also in China, Africa and America. He is chairman of a committee that advice Ministries of Environment and Agriculture regarding nutrient management policy in the Netherlands. he was also a co-chair of the UNECE-CLRTAP Task Force on Reactive Nitrogen. He is chair of the EU Nitrogen Expert Panel. Over the last 5 years, he has been invited speaker at over 20 international conferences. He is author of 200 papers in peer-reviewed scientific journals, with a H-index of 40.
